The proposed development is a new travel Centre that integrates a convenience store, restaurant, farmer’s market, and two gas stations within a single cohesive complex. The total site area for the project is 1,036,728 square feet, accommodating ample parking, fueling areas, and landscaped open spaces. The project aims to provide travelers and local visitors with a multifunctional destination offering dining, shopping, and fuel services in a modern and efficient environment.

Our Team has envisioned this project as a modern yet regionally inspired destination that reflects the spirit of Texas while serving the needs of travelers. The design responds thoughtfully to the sun path and local climate, orienting buildings to reduce heat gain, enhance natural lighting, and create comfortable shaded areas. Followed by environmental awareness and a strong sense of place, the vision transforms a traditional travel stop into a meaningful, connected, and enduring experience for the community and its visitors.
